Its purpose is to determine if we are the right fit for your project and to answer any questions you may have about the process.
If there is a good mutual fit, we schedule an in-home assessment where our team evaluates the space, discusses possibilities, and begins to understand the full scope of what you want to achieve.
In-Home Assessment & Design Agreement
Following our initial discussion, a project development specialist conducts a thorough in-home assessment. We take detailed measurements, evaluate structural considerations, and discuss design ideas in the context of your actual space. This hands-on evaluation is essential for creating an accurate and realistic project plan.
At this stage, we present a Design Agreement that outlines the scope of the design phase, including any architectural drawings, 3D renderings, or engineering consultations that may be required.
Detailed Design & Material Selection
This is where your vision truly starts to take shape. Our team works with you to create detailed architectural plans, select materials, finishes, fixtures, and colors. We guide you through showroom visits and provide expert recommendations based on your style, budget, and the practical demands of the space.

Pre-Construction, Final Budget & Permitting

We also manage the entire permitting process on your behalf, ensuring all work is fully compliant with local and state building codes before construction begins.
Expert Construction & Project Management
Once permits are in hand, construction begins. Every Regulus Construction project is owner-supervised by Marcos Damasceno, ensuring an uncompromising standard of quality and accountability. Our skilled team manages every trade, every detail, and every deadline with precision and care.
Throughout the build, you receive regular updates and have direct access to Marcos. We maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site because we respect that your home is a living space, not just a construction zone.
The Final Walkthrough & Your Finished Home
As we near completion, we conduct a meticulous final walkthrough with you to inspect every detail of your newly renovated space. We review the craftsmanship, test all fixtures and systems, and ensure that every element meets our exacting standards and, most importantly, your complete satisfaction.
We do not consider the job done until you are thrilled with the result. After the walkthrough, we provide you with all warranty information, maintenance guidelines, and the peace of mind that comes from knowing your project was built to last.
