With our design-build approach you have one team, one contract and one person responsible from start to finish. Here is what working with us looks like.
It starts with a conversation. We listen to what you have in mind, talk about your goals and your budget, and answer your questions. This first call is free and there is no obligation. It's how we both find out if we are the right fit.
If it is a good fit, we schedule a visit to your home to look at the space, talk through options and get a clear picture of the full project.

After that first conversation, we visit your home for a detailed assessment. We take measurements, check for structural issues and talk through design ideas in the actual space. This is what lets us build an accurate, realistic plan.
At this stage we give you a Design Agreement that lays out the design phase, including any drawings, 3D renderings or engineering that the project needs.

This is where the project really takes shape. We work with you on the plans and help you choose materials, finishes, fixtures and colors. We can go to showrooms with you and give honest recommendations based on your style, your budget and how the space will be used.

Once the design and materials are set, you get a fixed-price construction contract. It covers the full scope of work, a line-item budget, the expected timeline and the payment schedule. No hidden fees and no surprises.

Construction starts as soon as the permits are in. Marcos Damasceno oversees every Regulus project, and our crew coordinates every trade, detail and deadline.
You get regular updates during the build and can reach Marcos directly. We keep the job site clean, safe and organized, because we know you are living in your home while we work.

Near the end, we walk through the space with you and check every detail. We look over the work, test every fixture and system, and make sure everything meets our standards and, most of all, yours.
The job is not done until you are happy with it. After the walkthrough, we give you the warranty information and care instructions, so you know your project was built to last.
