Yes. Regulus Construction holds Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License #120627 and Home Improvement Contractor registration #195717, and we carry liability insurance on every project. We're also BBB accredited with an A+ rating, and we're certified by Andersen (windows and doors), TimberTech (composite decking) and CertainTeed (siding).
Our own crew does the work, supervised by owner Marcos Damasceno. For plumbing and electrical, we bring in licensed tradespeople we've worked with for years, and we stay responsible for their work.
No. We pull the permits, schedule the inspections and meet the inspectors on site.
We cover floors and furniture, seal off work areas to keep dust contained and clean up at the end of every day.
