Exterior Painting

A professional exterior paint job is the single most effective way to transform your home’s appearance. Our comprehensive exterior process includes:

  • Thorough Surface Preparation: We begin with a detailed power wash to remove dirt, mildew, and old paint. We then scrape, sand, and prime all surfaces to create a perfect bond for the new paint.
  • Detailed Carpentry Repairs: We identify and repair any rotted wood trim, siding, or window sills to ensure a sound, durable substrate before any paint is applied.
  • Expert Paint Application: Using only premium paints from trusted brands like Benjamin Moore and Sherwin-Williams, we apply multiple coats for a rich, even, and durable finish.
  • Complete Site Protection: We protect all your landscaping, walkways, windows, and non-painted surfaces with drop cloths and plastic sheeting.

Interior Painting

From a single accent wall to a full interior repaint, our team brings precision and care to every project. We treat your home with the utmost respect, ensuring clean lines, consistent color, and a perfect finish.

  • Wall & Ceiling Painting: We expertly prepare and paint all interior surfaces, creating a fresh, modern look that reflects your style.
  • Trim, Door & Cabinet Painting: A fresh coat of paint on trim, doors, and cabinets can revitalize your entire home. We use durable, high-quality enamel paints for a smooth, long-lasting finish.
  • Meticulous Preparation: We cover all furniture, flooring, and fixtures, and we perform all necessary drywall repairs, sanding, and priming before we begin.

Frequently Asked Questions in Dover, MA

How often should I paint my home’s exterior in Dover?

Given the New England climate, we recommend painting your home’s exterior every 7 to 10 years. A high-quality paint job with proper preparation can last even longer, protecting your wood siding and trim from moisture and decay.

What type of paint is best for Massachusetts weather?

We exclusively use premium acrylic latex paints for exteriors. These paints offer the best flexibility to expand and contract with temperature changes, superior adhesion, and advanced mildew and UV resistance, which are critical for durability in our region.

Do you offer color consultations?

Yes! Choosing the right color can be overwhelming. Our team can provide color samples and professional advice to help you select a palette that complements your home’s architectural style and the natural surroundings of your Dover property.
